Owe the IRS money? Haven't filed in years? Got a notice, a levy, or a lien? There is a way out, and it starts with someone who knows the system from the inside.
As an IRS Enrolled Agent, Abul K. Allahi, MBA, EA is federally authorized to represent you before the IRS. That means you don't have to take their calls, answer their letters, or sit across from a revenue officer alone. He does that for you.
Schedule a Free Discovery CallA free discovery call. You tell us what the IRS says you owe. No judgment, just facts.
With your authorization, we pull your IRS transcripts and account records to see exactly what you owe, and whether the IRS got it right.
We pursue the best available option: full-pay plan, reduced settlement, penalty removal, or hardship status, and we handle every letter and call.
CP14 (balance due), CP501 and CP503 (unpaid tax reminders), CP504 (final notice of intent to levy), and LT11 (final levy notice) each mean something different, and each has a deadline. The worst thing you can do is ignore them. We read every notice, explain it in plain language, and respond on time so a small problem doesn't become a levy.
The IRS can file a substitute return for you, and it will not include any deductions you're entitled to. That usually means a much bigger bill than necessary. We prepare and file every missing year correctly, which often lowers what you owe before we even start negotiating.
A levy lets the IRS take money directly from your paycheck or bank account, usually with only 30 days' warning after a final notice. If you're facing a levy, speed matters. We contact the IRS immediately to seek a release and get you into a resolution that stops enforced collection.
A federal tax lien attaches to your property and shows up on credit reports, making it harder to sell property or borrow. Depending on your situation, we pursue lien discharge (removing it from specific property), subordination (letting another creditor move ahead), or withdrawal after the debt is resolved.
An Offer in Compromise lets you settle your tax debt for less than the full amount, but the IRS accepts only a fraction of applications. Before you apply, we run the numbers honestly and tell you whether you qualify. If you do, we build the strongest possible application.
Can't pay in full? A formal installment agreement lets you pay monthly over time and stops enforced collection while you stay current. We negotiate payment amounts based on what you can actually afford, not what the IRS computer says.
Failure-to-file and failure-to-pay penalties can add 25% or more to your bill. If you had reasonable cause, such as illness, a natural disaster, or reliance on bad professional advice, we request first-time or reasonable-cause abatement to have penalties reduced or removed.
If paying the IRS would leave you unable to cover basic living expenses, the IRS can place your account in Currently Not Collectible status. Collection stops while your finances recover. We document your financial situation and make the hardship case properly.
A note on cryptocurrency: we also handle cryptocurrency taxation, including reporting past crypto transactions and resolving crypto-related IRS notices. But tax resolution is our core specialty, and it's where we do our best work.
The IRS charges interest and penalties daily on unpaid balances. A free discovery call costs nothing and tells you exactly where you stand.
